The following presentation demonstrates our spectacular craftmanship and results:

The exterior wall construction is brick and precast veneer with Nudura Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) back-up. The stairwells and elevator shafts were also constructed of ICF.  The interior consisted of structurally reinforced and 100% grouted CMU walls.

The total masonry contract was 5.85 million dollars and the materials used were: 173,000 CMU, 235,000 Modular Brick, 62,500 SF of ICF, 196 tons of rebar and 2600 CY of grout. All masonry work was completed in 10 months with 43,000 man-hours.

The project was awarded first place as BEST PROJECT in the BAC National BAC Craft Awards in 2013 and highlighted as an IMI Feature Project.

Insulating concrete form or insulated concrete form (ICF) is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete usually made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate for walls, floors, and roofs.
